Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, in a container shared with Xuqian's widgets. There is no account, and nothing is sent to the developer. If you turn on iCloud Backup (Xuqian Pro), a copy is also saved to your own iCloud, where the developer can't access it. Details are in Settings → Privacy & data.
How do I back up or move to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud Backup (Xuqian Pro) in Settings → iCloud Backup. Xuqian then backs up your subscriptions, notes, charge history and settings to your own iCloud shortly after each change, and you can tap Back Up Now at any time. On the new iPhone, sign in to the same Apple Account, open Xuqian and go to Settings → iCloud Backup → Restore from iCloud. Deleting the app deletes the data on your iPhone, so make sure you have a backup first.
Why didn't a reminder arrive?
Check that notifications for Xuqian are allowed in the iOS Settings app and that a Focus or Scheduled Summary isn't holding them. Then check Settings → Reminder preferences in Xuqian and the subscription's next billing date.
Why hasn't a widget updated yet?
iOS decides when widgets refresh. Xuqian asks for an update whenever your data changes, but the system may apply it a little later. You can preview each size in Settings → Home and Lock Screen widgets.
How accurate is image import?
Text in receipts and screenshots is recognized on device with Apple's Vision framework, and results depend on image quality and layout. Xuqian always shows what it found so you can review and correct it before saving.
Does Xuqian cancel subscriptions for me?
No. Xuqian opens the provider's management page, and you cancel there. Come back and confirm the result; until you do, your reminders stay on.
What's free, and what does Xuqian Pro add?
The free version tracks up to 5 subscriptions, with reminders, calendar, stats, widgets and multi-currency. Xuqian Pro is a one-time purchase that adds Unlimited subscriptions, Scan image, Themes and app icons, CSV export and iCloud Backup.
Which devices and languages are supported?
iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The app is available in 8 languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, French and German.
Restoring Xuqian Pro
Sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy Xuqian Pro, then go to Settings → Xuqian Pro → Restore Purchase in the app. It's a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to renew.
